Administrators gain increased flexibility with the ability to choose which document families are shown in the “New Document” window, ensuring that only relevant template types are available to users, while text and Markdown remain accessible at all times. With this release, optional trash retention allows administrators to set automatic cleanup schedules for deleted items, with separate controls for user and collaborative spaces. This behavior is disabled by default to maintain existing data retention workflows.
