The topic of my usual weekly national network radio tech segment this coming Monday will be the international implications of a new German court ruling that just found #Google responsible for misinformation in their #AI Overviews -- the court rejected Google's usual excuses. I've been waiting for this kind of ruling ever since AI Overviews launched. It might be the start of getting Big Tech on a short leash to protect society from AI abuses by making the firms fully responsible for the damages done by their AI content.
