Microsoft just ranked who actually uses AI — and the US isn't on top. The UAE leads at ~70% of adults using AI monthly, Singapore #2 (~63%), then Norway, Ireland and France. The US sits at #21, around 31% — barely above the 18% global average. South Korea's usage jumped 43% in a year; Europe holds 11 of the top 20.
