Public more worried than excited about AI growth, poll findsThe big five tech companies Microsoft, Apple, Alphabet (Google), Amazon, and Meta (Facebook) along with their prime GPU maker Nvidia, and the rare earth mining & enrichment companies have all been tightly focused, to the detriment of their customers, workers, & partners but also to the #Public, our shared land, water & power resources, on a massive dog-and-pony show to inflate the AI bubble. Anything that cannot go on forever is going to stop. Pretty much abruptly. After all the suffering, and the enormous reallocation of public goods, it will absolutely be catastrophic.
