#AI Thought from Yesterday (I just used today's thought slot)The reason these thought came out is I was just looking at a 10hr a week volunteer spot, where they will "give a short AI-generated interview" as the first stepI get that a small volunteer-run group is looking for ways to help get through the applicants; I could do with out that (and am going to skip it) but that's beside the point I want to makeFor anyone who has had to suffer through "Zara", have you noticed... the AI doesn't actually DO much of anything? You could set up a simple interview process that didn't use AI to ask the questions, but just fed them randomly (as Zara does) to the applicant and recorded people's voice answers to be reviewed later(yes, I'm sure to be analyzed by AI, but that's different issue)I'm interested in knowing what the "Zara interview package" includes, and costs - but even more, I'll bet it requires you to use their AI unnecessarily #getFediHired
