I find Claude pretty helpful at handling the tedious, boilerplate-style coding work that I can do myself, but I also find that I have to do a good bit of shepherding it into producing something that could be consumed by a human being. But where I am reaching the end of my patience with it is in asking it to write prose of any kind. Its style of writing is SO dense and SO plodding that I'm almost always better off writing the thing myself if I ever want another human being to consume it.I'm becoming convinced that asking Claude to communicate ideas is simply shifting the burden of information carrying from the writer to the reader, because the reader has to re-read what it said about 3 times to figure out what the fsck it's trying to say.#LLM #LLMs #Claude #AISlop
