If you feel you can't do a thing without an #LLM, step back and realise this is like saying you're dependent on big tech for that thing. Even #localAI models don't avoid that. When perhaps instead of becoming a less able person -because using #LLMs causes cognitive decline- you could do the hard work of learning. Switching you from a viscous circle of more dependence to a virtuous circle of increasing skill, understanding and autonomy.
