So, saw the news this morning about two more data breaches, one of them a hardware shipper for Valve. These breaches seem so commonplace now a days, and with AI going rogue from their test environments, it's going to be a shiteshow before long. Maybe it's time to simply stop collecting PII beyond contact info and shipping address? People can't get hurt if hackers don't have data to hurt them with right?
