@TarkabarkaHolgy I like to keep a snapshot of (the whole of) wikipedia (fixed date/time) on my home PC. With a little effort, one can install kiwix reader on their machine to do this.Much of the internet is filling with #AI slop now, but I still find Wikipedia to be relatively un-corrupted. With a local snapshot on my PC, I am protected from even the disaster scenario where Wikipedia gets bought and #enshittified by someone like Bezos/etc.Of course this doesn't help with internet search in general, but at least you are guaranteed to keep a big chunk of reliable information at your fingertips.
