@mls14 @TheConversationUS I remember many argued that we "could not afford" #GreenEnergy transition.Yet, here we are spending trillions to build #AI to power sex chatbots, make AI slop and destroy jobs.Even of we wanted to do that, we could do it at a slower rate as chip production ramped up - but no, we'll rush and pay 5x for the chips to get them now.Utter insanity and for something completely nonessential.
