Reasoning about an generic MCP and/or REST interface to $data which finds ways to challange the connecting ai agent if its actually "qualified" to be "allowed" to request the $data in question and if not tell the agent to tell its user that (s)he should really learn more about $data_domain, at least enough to formulate qualified questions and then try again...
