I know it's easy to dismiss the AI lets non-programmers code, but we've had this the 1980s: Lotus 123 let the financial teams in an organisation write code in the form of spreadsheets. And now companies absolutely depend on those tables.But- i know an accountant whose companies rules were designed to prevent errors in excel: colour coding for raw vs evaluated results. So they had a process for their skills- it wasn't production services- excel has tainted scientific papers. Don't see the long term outcome of LLM code being better#ai
